If you don’t have dental insurance, Sujin Smiles offers an in-office Dental Membership Plan designed to make high-quality dental care simple and affordable.
Our Membership Plan includes:
- No deductibles
- No claim forms
- No annual maximums
- No waiting periods
- No exclusions for pre-existing conditions
What members receive each year:
- Two professional cleanings
- Two exams
- Two sets of necessary X-rays
- Two fluoride treatments
- 15% discount on our dental services
(Discount does not apply to cosmetic services, implants, or teeth whitening.)
Membership pricing:
- Individual: $550 per year
- Each additional family member: $460 per year
The membership is valid for 12 consecutive months and is available for adults, spouses, and dependent children under age 21. This plan is not insurance, but an affordable way to receive consistent, high-quality dental care directly from our office.
